My Story
Photography found me the way the best things do — quietly, and then all at once. What began as a camera in my hands at family celebrations became the way I understand the world: through light, through faces, through the small moments most people miss. Yuritzi Rodríguez Photography grew from that love into my life’s work.
My Philosophy
I believe photographs should feel like the day itself — not a performance of it. I direct only as much as needed, watch closely, and let the real moments lead. Elegance, honesty, and warmth over trends that will look dated in five years.
What Inspires Me
Golden light through a window. The pause before a first kiss. Grandmothers dancing. The way people look at each other when they think no one is watching — that is where the photographs live, and it never stops inspiring me.
Why I Love Photographing People
Because every family, every couple, every celebration carries a story no one else has. Being trusted to keep those stories — to hand someone a photograph they will hold onto for the rest of their life — is the greatest honor of this work.
